Terms and Conditions for Juice World Online Services:

(These terms and conditions apply to any online purchase from Juiceworld restaurants owned and operated by Juiceworld Company LTD)

By installing, accessing, or using any websites, mobile apps, email newsletters, subscriptions, and other digital properties on which these terms are posted or referenced (together, “online services”), you are entering into a binding agreement with Juiceworld Company LTD in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which it controls and operates from its headquarters at, Al Ajawad street, Al Samer, Jeddah-23462, KSA

By accepting these terms, you also understand and consent to the Juiceworld Privacy Statement, which is incorporated into, and part of, this agreement. Our Privacy
The statement describes how we collect, use, and share information.
The online services are not intended to be used by, or targeted to, anyone under the age of 16. You must be at least 16 years old to use the online services. If you are at least 16 but not yet 18 years old (or the legal age of majority if different in your jurisdiction), then you must review these terms with your parent or guardian and they must understand and agree to these terms for you to use the online service

If you or your parent or guardian do not agree to these terms, then you must immediately stop using the online services and request that Juiceworld close any online services account that you have created. You can request account deletion by sending an email to [Info@Juiceworld.com.sa], please include the email address of the account that you want to be deleted.

1.   About the online services.

Availability of products and services.
Juiceworld Products and services are available in many parts of KSA. However, online services may describe products and services that are maybe not available in all branches.
Obey the rules of the road.
Whenever you use online services, you must obey the rules of the road and all applicable rules and regulations. YOU MUST NOT USE THE ONLINE SERVICES WHILST DRIVING OR WHILST BEHIND THE WHEEL OR CONTROLS OF A VEHICLE THAT IS MOVING OR NOT IN “PARK”. In the interest of safety at all times, you should only use the online services when it is lawful and safe to do so.
You are responsible for your devices and accounts.
You are responsible for any devices, software, and services needed to use the online services. Juiceworld does not guarantee that the online services will fully function on any particular device or with any particular software. You are also responsible for any messaging and data charges, fees, and taxes for your use of the online services, including when we communicate with you by text, email, or other means that you choose. You may only use the online services with devices that you own or control and use only the authorized operating system (e.g., Apple iPhone OS for Apple devices). If you create an online services account, you are responsible for keeping the account secure and for all activity under the account. You can only use one online services account and must keep your account information accurate at all times.

Juiceworld’s right to update or terminate the Online Services.
You understand and consent that (with or without notice) Juiceworld may update, modify or terminate the online services (or your access to them) from time to time, including by pushing updates to (or removing functionality or access from) any Juiceworld mobile app that you have installed on your device.

Updates to these terms. Juiceworld may also update these terms at any time and at its sole discretion. If Juiceworld makes material changes to the terms, we will notify you by any reasonable means such as by posting the new terms in the online service. If you do not agree to the changed terms, then you must immediately stop using the online services and request that Juiceworld close any online services account that you have created. Links to job opportunities from the online Services.
The online services may provide links to job opportunities posted by Juiceworld. These opportunities are with us. This means that we alone are responsible for setting the job requirements, hiring decisions, and other employment-related matters for all of our restaurants.

2. Our information practices and communications with you.

Juiceworld Privacy Statement.
These terms incorporate Juiceworld Privacy Statement as part of the terms. Our Privacy Statement describes our information practices, including how we collect, use, and share information.
How we communicate with you.
Through the online services, you may opt-in to receive emails, text messages to the mobile number you provide to us or push notifications from Juiceworld.
When you opt into any of these types of communications, you understand and consent that you will receive marketing, transactional and other messages from Juiceworld. Juiceworld may use the information you have provided to us to communicate with you following Juiceworld Privacy Statement.
Additional information on text messages. When you opt for any of our text message programs, you understand and consent that you will receive text messages from an automated system. 3.   Juiceworld Offers/ Rewards.

These terms describe the Juiceworld Rewards program.

Eligibility and enrolment. To enroll in Juiceworld Rewards program, you must register an account to use the online services. Customers who registered an account to use the online services before the launch of the Juiceworld Rewards program can enroll by continuing to use the online services on or after the launch date of [Juiceworld Rewards program].

Offers You have the possibility of receiving offers through online services. The following general terms apply to the offers: (1) the offer may only be available through that particular online service and for the product shown and subject to availability, in participating restaurants, and until the expiration date; (2) serving times apply (e.g., certain non-breakfast offers may not be available at breakfast serving times); (3) unless otherwise stated each offer expires on redemption; (4) Multiple offers can be used per restaurant visit (5) offers are not transferable; and (6) there is no cash alternative; (7) Offers are only redeemable in Pickup service and Delivery Service. In addition, there may be specific terms & Conditions that apply to the offer which are stated on the app next to the offer.

How to redeem an offer.
Juiceworld will launch a special redemption code in a specific period.
You redeem an offer when you place your order in the mobile app or web application you can apply the code in the specified area.

About the products in the online services. All products are subject to availability at the restaurant where you collect your order. Some restaurants do not sell all products. Images of products and packaging on the online services are examples only and may not be identical to the product or packaging you receive from a restaurant. Differences may be due to your device’s display of colours or factors such as the ingredients used in the restaurants.

4. Refund /Return policy.

(WALK-IN AND CALL INCALL-IN CUSTOMER/DELIVERY/THIRD-PARTY DELIVERY ORDERS) To provide the best customer satisfaction, we provide the following solutions. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding the Return & Refund Policy by emailing us at the restaurant.
Preparation of your order will begin immediately after your order has been confirmed. We cannot accept cancellations once your order has been confirmed with the restaurant or third party.Food Order Errors

If you receive food that is different from your receipt, we sincerely apologize. Please call us as soon as you notice that there was an error in your order.
•For credit card payments, we will issue a cancel payment on the order with an error and recharge the corrected amount.
•For cash payments, you will be asked to pay the difference of the balance if the new food has a greater value than the food received in error. In the same way, you will receive the difference of the balance back as credit for the new item if less than the food received in error. In some cases, we may offer you store credit. In all cases, please return the food order in the original container(s)* to our host.Food Order Incomplete

On the rare occasion that you do not receive food that is on your receipt, we will make it up to you. Please call us as soon as you notice that any food items were not received in your order. You may cancel the missed food before we prepare it without any question, and we will refund the amount to a credit card or we will refund you with a store credit. No cash refunds.

Food Dissatisfaction
We cook our food fresh to order with only the finest and freshest ingredients. We take great care and pride in all of the dishes we make. Refunds and/or replacement food are available upon request for orders in which the food is wrong, omitted and other similar circumstances. Refunds are not typically provided for food that a guest simply does not like.

Cancel Order
If you request to cancel after the cancellation period, we cannot cancel, refund or give store credit if you change your mind or mistakenly order an item after the order is prepared. We cannot provide any refund or store credit for non-food items or beverages.
The cancellation period is one minute after placing an order.

Cancelling Restaurant Delivery
We cannot cancel if an order is already in progress and on the delivery route. If the driver made a reasonable effort to contact you after arriving at your requested location, you may not be eligible for a refund.

Complimentary food
Sorry, we cannot provide a refund or cash value on any complimentary food.

Pick up Orders 
We strive to prepare and package our pick-up items to preserve the high quality of food. To help ensure this please arrive at the scheduled time confirmed by the restaurants to ensure your order is picked up at the best quality concerning temperature and freshness. If you are going to arrive after the confirmed pick-up time, please provide notification 15 minutes before the pickup time. If the customer arrives after the pickup time, without notifications, no refund will be issued. 

5. User submissions and unsolicited ideas.
User submissions.
Some online services may allow you to send comments, remarks, suggestions, ideas, graphics, photographs, questions, complaints, or other information posted or communicated to Juiceworldthrough the online services (together, “submissions”). You understand that by submitting any information to Juiceworldthrough the online services, you grant Juiceworld’s a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, sublicense to others, modify, translate, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, and publicly perform the submissions, including to use them for any commercial or other purposes whatsoever without approval from or compensation to you or any other person, including to use them for any commercial or other purposes whatsoever without approval from or compensation to you or any other person. Juiceworldwill not be required to treat any submissions as confidential.

Unsolicited ideas.

It is Juiceworld’spolicy not to consider unsolicited ideas. While we appreciate you taking the time to consider Juiceworld, we’re unable to review new ideas from outside the Juiceworldsystem. You expressly waive any claims against Juiceworldand Members of the JuiceworldSystem in connection with Juiceworld’sconsideration, use, or development of any product, design, concept, or other materials similar or identical to your submission now or in the future.
